If you find yourself pressed for time and in need of assistance, please provide the following information: a photograph of your reserved event room, the dimensions of the rented space, the date and time, and type of the event, the theme or color scheme, essential elements that MUST be included at your event (such as a magazine booth, floral wall, or sweetheart table), the anticipated guest count, and your budget. Upon receiving these details, CherSam Events will begin drafting a layout for your event space. Alternatively, if time is of the essence, we can send a team member to photograph and assess the venue while consulting with the venue coordinator. Once we have gathered all the necessary information, you can expect your initial design draft within 3 to 7 business days. Your personalized design proposal will be budgeted based on CherSam Events' reasonably priced decor rental items, ranging from the magazine booth to the cloth napkins. This design will be yours to keep, allowing you to purchase similar items from the included list for your own installation. Furthermore, if you choose to have CherSam Events provide the decor and manage the installation, you will receive a generous credit of $250 toward your total bill.
