Service Description

To avoid plastic tablecloths while staying budget-friendly, consider our rental options for tablecloths, napkins, and decorations, with installation included for an elegant ambiance. If you need room design assistance, provide the venue details, date, theme, and requirements, and CherSam Events will manage the rest, including measurements and consultations. Within 3 to 7 business days, we’ll deliver draft design options and an itemized decor list for your event. You can choose to install the items yourself or have CherSam Events do it, receiving a $250 credit for installations over $500. Table settings start at $6 per person, includes: - White or Black table linen - Ivory floral centerpiece Additional decor items include: - Theme color linen overlays, napkins and floral options - Chair covers (black or white in Stretch & Polyester) - Theme color chair sashes - Charger Plates - LED table lighting - Champagne Walls - Magazine booths and more Payment details: - 50% deposit prior to venue visit for design assist: balance due before the first draft. - 50% nonrefundable deposit for decor assist; full payment required if the event is within 30 days. - Holiday rates vary; check availability via the "Join the Waitlist" option. - Travel costs to be determined based on event location.


Terms and Agreement

**CSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT Summary: ** 1. **Property Condition: ** Property is of CherSam Entertainment Grp. dba CherSam Events (CSE) and is in good condition. 2. **Event Services: ** CSE manages delivery, setup, and removal of decor and florals. 3. **Client Liability: ** Client reimburses for loss, theft, or damage to merchandise. 4. **Tent /Outdoor Events: ** CSE is not liable for power, lighting, or excluded rentals; unscheduled setups incur extra charges. 5. **Chair Covers/Linens: ** Clients must provide accurate quantities and complete setup before CSE arrival; extra charges apply for additional requests. 6. **Florals: ** CSE may substitute flowers based on availability; no changes accepted within 21 days of the event. 7. **Setup Responsibilities: ** Client ensures staff follows setup instructions; unscheduled setup incurs extra charges. 8. **Teardown: ** CSE decor is removed post-event; delayed teardown incurs charges. 9. **Payment Terms: ** Full payment is required 30 days before the event; late payment results in cancellation. 10.***Holiday rates vary based on availability. 11. **Cancellation Policy: ** A 50% deposit is required; cancellations within 30 days forfeit deposits. 12. **Client Expenses: ** Client pays for collection and legal fees if necessary. 13. **Liability Waiver: ** CSE is not responsible for any loss/damage caused by the client or their associates. 14. **Acknowledgment: ** Deposit/Payments signifies agreement acceptance, requiring no third-party verification. 15. **E-Signature Consent: ** Email acts as an electronic signature; clients consent to electronic communications and agree to terms.
