Service Description
Magazine booth rents for 4-8hrs. Rental times can be modified for an additional fee. The booth can be utilized both indoors and outdoors, contingent upon weather conditions. All cover personalization will use "black" lettering by default unless another color is requested. Not responsible for requesting colors that do not show up well on white. Example: White, off white, yellow, beige, etc. Cover design proof will be provided prior to event. Design must be approved no later than 7days prior to event. Up to 6(Six) draft proofs will be provided for your approval. No changes can be done after final proof has been approved. Personalization of Cover Title will incur an additional fee. Additional areas can be added to the front for an additional fee. 50% Nonrefundable deposit required to secure date Balance due 30 days prior to event *Holiday rates vary based on availability. Terms and Agreement
Deposits are Non-Refundable. Modifying the event date more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date will result in the cancellation of the current reservation. CherSam Events is available to assist with date changes for reserved services or rentals; however, we cannot guarantee availability for the newly requested date. If a reservation is altered within 30 days of the event or rental, a 50% forfeiture of the deposit will occur, with the remaining balance applicable only to a new rental or service provided by CherSam Events. Clients have 1yr from the original date to secure a new date. Subject to availability at the current rate. If the rescheduled reservation date is not completed within 1yr, the deposit will be forfeited.
